Ed Leader
Fellowship: Leaders of transformation
The Google and GSV Ed Leader Fellowship unites architects of transformation for primary, secondary and higher-education leaders. The programme fosters a global community dedicated to driving systemic change through collaboration, innovation and impact.
Leaders shaping the future of education
The fellowship is your opportunity to deploy a transformational project that will positively impact your institution.
Make your impact
Each fellow designs and executes a \'transformational opportunity\' (TO) – a high-impact project targeting a specific challenge. This year-long incubator transforms theoretical concepts into actionable, scalable plans designed to benefit the broader community.
Showcase your project
Present your transformational opportunity in a virtual showcase with your cohort colleagues and at a GSV/Bett conference (optional).
The fellow's path: From application to impact
